Casual, not very notable place but the lechon tacos are fabulous. Instead of being the tradicional kind of wet meat this is dry, it is cooked in the oven and covered with flakes of chicharron. Great place for a quick bite and great food

These are from a lifetime. The folksy people are the net. The casseroles if more than 3 people come are perfect. And the cake ufff

Spectacular suckling pig tacos with decades of tradition. Even Cantinflas was there. It's a small place on Narvarte Street, very simple, just like its menu: tacos, tortas, tostadas, and beans, beers, and Boing. What more could you ask for? They welcome you with salsas and a bit of pork rind, not greasy at all. Then I ordered a campechano, with lots of pork rinds. Then a regular masa harina, simply delicious, clean, and well-served. I asked them to make me another masa harina, but with the meat browned, and the experience was even better. Finally, a torta that, honestly, could be better. It's bland because it has no toppings, and while the simplicity of the place is understandable, they could have put more effort into it. Mayonnaise, perhaps. Bonus points: the salsas, green and red, mashed, spectacular and spicy. And the limes, large, fresh, and in abundance. I didn't like it: their tortillas are very small and break right away. NOTE: They only accept cash. I'll come back whenever I can.

The suckling pig tacos are delicious. So are the chicken ones. The cazuela is a package that includes half a kilo of suckling pig, beans, and pork rinds, and it's perfect for four people. The service is good and the prices are affordable.
